STRGY provides AI-assisted strategy analysis tools, including public-data company analyses surfaced on this Site and a customer product accessed under a separate agreement. The Site is provided for informational and demonstration purposes.

Analyses are generated from publicly available signals and AI inference. They are not professional advice and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for material business decisions.

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to act on behalf of your organization to request analyses or book a demo. When you submit your email, you confirm it is yours and that you consent to receive the messages described in these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site to violate any law or third-party right.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or interfere with the Site or its underlying systems.
• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property rights.
• Impersonate another person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use automated tools to bypass rate limits or extract bulk analyses.

The Site, the STRGY brand, software, and generated analyses are owned by STRGY AI Oy or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view content on the Site for your internal evaluation. No other rights are granted by implication.

When you submit information (a company name, your email, free-text context) you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that input solely to provide the requested service and to operate and improve our products in line with our Privacy Policy.

The Site integrates third-party services (e.g., Microsoft Azure for hosting and AI inference). Their terms apply to your use of those features. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability.

The Site and analyses are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that analyses are accurate, complete, or current.

The Site and analyses are provided free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law, STRGY shall have no liability arising from or related to your use of the Site or analyses, including for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, including for violations of these terms. You may stop using the Site at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

We may update these terms as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated via the Site or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
